You are cordially invited to attend the dinner to be held next Thursday, July 8th at 7:30 pm, at Elephant Speakeaterie.


The menu for the upcoming dinner, inspired by the cuisine of Brazil, will be as follows:


Appetizer:
Herbed pao de queijo, served alongside spicy chicken meatballs and oven-roasted tomatoes

Salad:
Grilled vegetable salad (chilled), with zucchini, summer squash, bell pepper, parsnip, hot fried banana and roasted cashews

Main Course:
Shrimp, mahi-mahi, and quail egg Moqueca -of our own recipe- served in a whole-wheat sourdough bread bowl

Secondary Course:
Scallop tartare with cucumber, tomato, and peach, topped with a slice of starfruit and our own fresh, spicy sauce

Dessert:
Queso Blanco and fresh berry millefeuille, topped with papaya creme

We will be offering lychee-infused sake and beer, as well as other refreshments.

The price for the five course meal is $40, and an extra charge of $5 if you choose to drink.
